Mark and his sons just completed a total remodel of our 1960’s era bathroom. It is stunning! Mark listened to our ideas and turned them into reality. The workmanship on the tile work is craftsmen quality with exceptional attention to the smallest detail. Mark and his sons handled all aspects of the project from drywall to plumbing. At the end of each work day, they left our home clean and tidy. The icing on the cake for us is how nice they are to work with. We live in an older house, and Royal Castle have proved their ability to address the decades-old DIY efforts of previous owners. Mark and his sons are knowledgeable, thorough, trustworthy (especially as we have multiple pets in our house), respectful, and take great care to keep your home tidy while they work. And while some contractors aren’t interested in bothering with anything short of a full makeover, Mark has repeatedly worked with us to segment larger projects into more practical and affordable stages. We have utilized their services several times, for a variety of projects, and we will continue to do so going forward.

There is not enough room to describe the quality and professionalism of Mark Gray and Royal Castle Contractors. On time, on budget with exceptional attention to detail and knowledge. Mark ended up doing additional work ( resurfacing the fireplace in stone) at my request as well. He fixed plumbing issues that were left by other contractors. He had viable recommendations for things we had not thought of. He takes pride in his work and we are scheduling him for additional work in the spring! Communications any time of day or evening - this father & son's team is awesome. Our kitchen, 2 bathrooms and living room are fabulous. He knows how to take down or move walls, do stone work and general contracting. Throughout the process, Mark stayed in touch to let us know what was happening and when he needed something. His team cleaned up every day and treated our house as if it were his own. I feel like he is now part of our family!

Mark and his sons are fabulous. I had several other contractors out to look at my bathroom and give estimates. ALL of them wanted something different from what I was asking. Mark was the ONLY one who listened to what I wanted and made my vision a reality. He took the time to update me on each step of the process. In fact, he and his sons were so fantastic, I hired him to repaint my entire basement before he was even finished with the bathroom.
